 I turn to my Higher Self and ask it to raise the vibrations of all my physical, energetic and spiritual structures to the level that is allowed to me at this stage of my spiritual development.

 I ask my Higher Self  to raise my vibrations to a level that will benefit the development of my consciousness and my body, for the benefit of the development of all spiritual beings that surround me, embodied and non-embodied, for the benefit of all Space and for the benefit of the evolution of planet Earth.

 I thank my Higher Self and all the Light Higher Powers for their help.
